In the box: 1 fountain (3 L / 105 oz) with stainless steel top and water tray, plastic base and pump, and a wireless charging base.
Good to know: it runs on a rechargeable battery, so you'll recharge it every few days depending on the mode you use. Only the top and tray are stainless steel — the base is plastic.
Lift the lid, remove the tray and pump, and rinse each piece. Nothing needs tools to come apart.
There's no filter cartridge included — it's a pump and reservoir, not a water softener. For best results, empty, rinse and refill every few days, more often with hard tap water.
Wipe the charging base and battery compartment dry; the manufacturer advises not to submerge it in water.

A moving-water fountain is new territory for a cat used to a still bowl. Keep the old water bowl out for the first few days, place the fountain where your cat already hangs out, and give your cat time to get curious about it.
What this fountain doesn't do
- It doesn't include a filter cartridge. It's a pump and reservoir, not a water softener — empty, rinse and refill it regularly, especially with hard tap water.
- It runs on a rechargeable battery, not a wall plug. You'll recharge it every few days depending on the mode.
- Only the top and tray are stainless steel; the base and lid are plastic.
- It won't make a cat drink who wasn't thirsty — it just makes drinking easier to notice.
