How fast does it ship?
Dog and cat gear ships free from our US partner warehouse and arrives within 10 business days. Small-pet gear ships free from our partner warehouse overseas and arrives within 18 business days; each product page says which is which. You get a tracking number by email.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order to a US address ships free, with no minimum. See the shipping policy.
Returns & sizing
What if the size is wrong?
Email us within 30 days and we'll sort out an exchange or a refund. Each product page with sizes has a real size chart; between sizes, size up. Wrong harness size? The exchange is free: we cover shipping both ways.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery; items must be unused and in their original condition. Email support@hauloft.com with your order number and we'll reply within 1 business day with the return address before you send anything. If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping and we refund the full price of the item. Damaged, defective or wrong items, and harness size exchanges, are on us. Paying & deals
How do I pay?
Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) right at checkout, or with PayPal. No PayPal account needed. Prices are in US dollars.
How do the kit deals work?
They apply automatically at checkout: 15% off one accessory with a harness, 25% off 2 or more harnesses, 15% off the window hammock with the 3 L fountain, and 25% off 2 or more Steam Pet Brushes. One kit discount per order. See Kits & Deals.
Do you have a first-order discount?
Yes: 10% off your first order of $45 or more with code WELCOME10. One use per customer. It can't be combined with kit deals.
The gear
Do you have cat and small-pet gear?
Yes. For cats: water fountains, a window hammock, a self-rolling ball, a flapping bird, a feather collar and a puzzle box, plus brushes made for dogs and cats. For rabbits and guinea pigs: an H-style harness and leash, a hay feeder bag and a hideout tunnel (these ship from overseas and arrive within 18 business days).
