Hauloft is a small, independent online store for dog and cat people. We hunt down the products that actually make life with a pet easier, test the claims against real owner reviews, and only list what holds up.
Who runs Hauloft
Hauloft is run by Ignacio C. from Santiago, Chile. Ignacio decides which products we sell, and every reply to your emails is approved by him before it goes out. Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner: dog, cat, home and grooming gear from a warehouse in the US, small-pet gear from a partner warehouse overseas.
What we stand for
- Honest listings. Every product page tells you what the product does and what it doesn't. No invented reviews, no fake "was" prices, no countdown timers.
- Real shipping times. Each product page says where it ships from and when it arrives.
- 30-day refunds. Ask within 30 days of delivery and you don't need to send the item back. See the refund policy. A real person answers your email within 1 business day.
How ordering works
- You order and pay securely by card or PayPal.
- Dog and cat gear arrives within 10 business days from our US partner warehouse; small-pet gear within 18 business days from our partner warehouse overseas. You get a tracking number by email.
- If anything's wrong, you email us and we fix it.
