Welcome to Hauloft. By visiting hauloft.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them; they're short.

1. Who we are

Hauloft is an independent online store. Products are shipped to you by our fulfillment partners from warehouses in the United States and overseas. We are the seller of record for your order and your point of contact for anything related to it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping to the United States is free. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We do our best to show accurate product descriptions and photos; if we discover an error in a price or description after you order, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund. We may limit quantities per order.

4. Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal, including credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud or can't verify your payment or address.

6. Product use and safety

Use products as intended and follow any instructions included. Pet products should be used under supervision; check toys and accessories regularly for wear and replace them when damaged. Hauloft is not responsible for misuse.

7. Intellectual property

The Hauloft name, logo, and site content belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hauloft's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
