- Check your email. When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Search your inbox (and spam) for "Hauloft".

Sign in to see your orders. Enter the email you used at checkout and we'll send you a one-time code. No password needed.
See my orders - Still nothing? Email support@hauloft.com with your order number. A real person replies within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
